Shipping

UK Orders under £35 are £2.99. Free delivery on orders over £35.

We aim to ship orders within 2 working days of purchase (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays) and ship in order of receipt, but we will always try to ship the order by the next working day.  Our orders are shipped as follows:

• UK Orders – Royal Mail second class and will take 3-5 working days following date of shipping. 
• EU Orders – Royal Mail using their airmail service and will usually take 3-7 working days.
• International orders – Royal Mail using their airmail service and will usually take 7+ days depending on your location

Note that all timeframes above are a guide set out by Royal Mail and we are subject to their delivery speeds once they have ben dispatched by The Sassy Nurgling

Tracking

We offer free delivery on all UK orders of £35. Please choose standard delivery at checkout.  All orders are now Tracked Shipping.

EU and International orders will be sent via Royal Mail airmail. Orders over £100.00 will be automatically tracked & signed for.
